First impressions can make or break any business arraignment. In this case we have struck gold. Our basement gas line and a coupling inside our furnace began leaking on 8-29-2026. A call to Excel Energy had a technician arrive and trace the leaks. We contacted Professor Plumbing Heating and Air and made an appointment for Monday 8-31-2026 between 10am and 2pm, since the leak was not deemed emergency. We got a call from Dylan around 9:45am stating they were running early and would be able to arrive between 10:00-10:30am. Help arrived at 10:15am and after checking out the issues we were given a quote and timeline. Dylan and Eric completed all repairs under the projected timeline by 30 minutes (unheard of huh) and the final price was as quoted. Fast efficient (also Eric) professional service that in our 40 years at this home we have rarely encountered. Please, if you need any services of this type, give these folks a call and let them earn your business. We will be using them for all our Heating and Cooling needs as they arise.
