Bryan has done quite a few jobs for us, including installing a heat pump system with a ducted air handler and a mini-split unit, servicing our evaporative cooling system, and relocating a drain. He's incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but even better he's a REALLY nice guy, with awesome communication, and very respectful demeanor. Most service providers I've found to be quite rude, confusing or lacking in information, and seem annoyed to be there. Bryan is a true delight to have in the house and we always look forward to seeing him! Sometimes his son helps him on jobs, too, and he's also so kind and a very hard worker. We've worked with several plumbers & HVAC techs over the years, but will never use anyone other than Bryan again! He also has very fair pricing. Truly a gem!
Brian is a customer of ours over at Gustave A. Larson and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He is always in a positive mood and you can tell he really cares about his customers and getting them the correct product so he can take care of them. Ive only heard great feed back from his customers as well.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bryan with Professors Plumbing came to my rescue when my toilet broke. I sent him a picture, and he knew exactly what the problem was. He even picked up the parts in Monument and fixed only what was needed — no unnecessary upselling. I really appreciate that he prefers to repair rather than push for a full replacement. He also replaced my outside faucets quickly to stop a leakage issue I was having. On top of his great service, Bryan gives discounts to his neighbors here in Spring Valley Ranch (“neighbors in the hood”), which I think is awesome. Professional, honest, and reliable — I definitely recommend Bryan and will be keeping his name close for any future plumbing needs!
We called Bryan with a leak issue and a heater that wasn't blowing out heat. Wow! I am beyond impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He took the time to diagnose both the leak and heater issues and explained everything clearly, along with the fix. Most companies overcharge or try to upsell you on things you don't need, sometimes without even fixing the main problem- but not Bryan. He's extremely honest, upfront, and takes pride in his work. He truly makes sure you understand what's going on every step of the way. I 100% recommend his company and will be referring him to anyone I know who needs his service. Bryan from Professor Plumbing Heating and Air is absolutely fantastic! From the moment he arrived, it was clear how professional and knowledgeable he is. He showed up right on time, was very respectful, and even wore shoe covers every single time he stepped into the house — small details like that really stood out to me. What impressed me the most was how quickly and confidently he identified the problem with our tankless water heater. He had it fixed in less than 30 minutes, something no other technician had been able to do. Bryan runs his own company, and you can tell he really cares about the quality of his work and his customers. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and truly knows what he’s doing, I highly recommend Bryan and his company. We’ll definitely be calling him again in the future!
Had a company come in and install my furnace in May when I needed to turn on air conditioner it didn’t work also they cut in the filter by just cutting a hole in the duct. Brian came in and put in a proper access panel for the filter and also got the air conditioner back working as the other guys never hooked it back up. Would highly recommend Brian.
Excellent Service! Brian installed 3 split units with pure accuracy, confidence and professionalism. He made sure I was aware of how to operate and maintain the units as well as its features, warranty and personal opinion of features and the product in general. From start to finish Brian single-handedly completed the job while leaving me completely confident and extremely comfortable with his work. Everything was installed beautifully with absolutely no issues and this review is written weeks after installation completion. I very highly recommend using his services, top not from A to Z! Bryan was on time and very cordial. He did an excellent job installing my faucet and installed new water lines, very much needed. Highly recommend for his knowledge and trust.
My AC went out 24 hours before a long holiday weekend. Bryan was able to fit me in that afternoon, diagnose and fix the system. He was professional and thorough! We will definitely be using him again!
We discovered “Professor Plumber“ years ago, when faced with a long-term leak and serious damage. He returned a year ago, to help us get to the bottom of yet another mysterious, persistent challenge.His professionalism and integrity so impressed us that we tracked him down when we learned he had left his last employer! Most recently, he replaced one toilet and repaired another, returning to “make right“ a faulty part. I will never work with another plumber!

Brian at Professor Plumber is an absolute dream! I had a big hiccup with my air conditioner last year, but Brian quickly came to the rescue and got everything running smoothly again. He mentioned that my HVAC system was a bit outdated and recommended replacing it during the winter. I completely trusted his expertise and went ahead with ordering new equipment. The installation process was a breeze - fast, efficient, and spotless. Brian had an apprentice by his side that morning, and it was so cool to watch him pass on his knowledge. He made sure to explain each step along the way, paying attention to every little detail, like cleaning up metal shavings to keep the area safe for bare feet. When it came to the condensation drain, he even took the time to fix the connection to my hot water heater, making everything look even nicer. Just a heads up, he didn't actually install the water heater itself. After they finished, my home was left sparkling clean, and my cooling system is now working better than ever. Brian truly is a star at what he does!

I had an outstanding experience working with Bryan. After having three different plumbing companies attempt to fix a persistent leak—each time with no lasting results and increasing costs—I was fortunate to have Bryan come out. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue in under 20 minutes. Bryan brings an “old-school” level of expertise and professionalism that’s hard to find these days. In addition to being highly knowledgeable, he was personable and made the entire visit enjoyable for both my fiancée and me. I have complete confidence in his work and will be recommending him to my entire family.
