We live in Elizabeth and recently converted our house from a traditional natural gas furnace to a heat pump. Bryan and his son at Professor Plumbing did the whole job in one day, answered all of our questions, explained everything in great detail and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His installation was perfect and his work top notch. Highly recommended and, by the way, the heat pump technology is a game changer in terms of the "clean quality" of the heat inside the house. I have known Bryan's work for years (like well over a decade) and I can say I have never met another plumber with more integrity, knowledge or concern for their customers experience. We have had major issues in our home (from a broken kitchen drain line that needed to be rerouted as it was leaking into my sump pump well, to a main line backing up sewage water around the holidays no less) and everytime he has come he has been urgent, informative, kind, and efficient.
