This one was a full home comfort upgrade - hot water, water quality, and indoor air all tackled in a single visit. We installed a Rinnai tankless water heater, a Halo whole-home water filtration system, and an Aprilaire humidifier. Three different systems, all working together to make daily life noticeably better for this homeowner.

Let's start with the Rinnai. Tankless water heaters only fire up when you actually need hot water - no tank sitting there losing heat all day. That means lower energy bills and hot water that doesn't run out mid-shower. The Rinnai line is one of the most reliable options on the market, and we've installed enough of them to know the difference between a quality unit and a budget one.

The Halo water filter is a whole-home system, meaning every faucet, shower, and appliance in the house gets filtered water. Not just the kitchen sink. If you've ever dealt with hard water buildup on fixtures, a funky taste from the tap, or dry skin after showering - this is what addresses all of that at the source.

Then there's the Aprilaire humidifier, mounted directly to the HVAC system. Dry indoor air is uncomfortable, and it's hard on wood floors, furniture, and even your sinuses. A whole-home humidifier keeps humidity at a consistent level automatically - no refilling portable units, no guessing. It just runs quietly in the background and does its job.

When you stack these three systems together, you end up with a home that runs cleaner and more efficiently from top to bottom. This is the kind of setup that pays off every single day - not just once in a while.
